Can a few people give me an idea on what you have found to be the most common Mac operating systems as well as browser types and versions that your members are using?

M$ IE 5, Netscape 4.7 and 6, Safari

The three most commonly used Mac OSs at the moment are System 9, OSX and OSX 10.2
