Where can I shut it off in Win2k?
Its that instant popup crap... and the search feature here, keeps giving me php errors.

you block some port.. i don't know which one
But i'm sure someone does.... I think blocking ports is a pain in windows tho.. you can't just "block a port".. you have to make a list of ports that you will allow, and it blocks the rest.... at least I think that's how Win2k worked (So I gathered when playing around with it).. I know this reply is completely asinine and useless; Heh.. sorry.. I guess i'm replying cuz I am curious to know as well.
