Okay if your looking to spam your website or services...Get a hosting account with Arishost.com and then your fine! You can spam chat rooms all day long as much as you want.

UUNET allows chatroom spamming...This is something I found out today...I have been battling with them for a month now trying to get a site shut down hosted on Arishost...

Arishost says its not against their own terms of service so I went to contact UUNET and they said its freedom of speech...So if you wanna spam in chatrooms make sure you get a account with UUNET :-)
