You may want to provide some info on what type of site(s) you want. Paysite? TGP? What niche? etc...
There are no all-round experienced webmasters, everyone has some things/niches they do better than other things/niches.

(if anyone here is a top class designer, programmer, tgp webmaster, paysite affiliate program owner, freesite builder, gallery builder, resource site webmaster, linklist webmaster etc., in every niche there is, my sincere apologies)
