It's always amusing to see a relatively simple commercial problem drop to the level of the gutter with talk of "threats" and "fuck off" - instead of addressing and resolving the issue as would be reasonable in any normal company.

But... it's not the first time - and sure will not be the last.

Who are you? Your some guy who has just joined the boards not to long ago, you know nothing bro. You think its professonal for that guy to come make threats to the company I work for when he tried to scam us. So you are saying were the bad guys because we refuse to pay for hardware that does not work.

Heh kind of shows what kind of person you are.

OK... I'll waste time answering this.

First, dump the crap about me - it's not about me and attempting feeble "attacks" - I could not care less. Try addressing the issue instead.

You have a hardware component problem? Return it for replacement. Is this how you behave every time you get a faulty part??

What part do you not understand?

We would normally return it. Why should we pay for the shipping though its up to the supplier. Simple as that.

Mr Joe. Remember. This was since September 2006 and Now it's July 2007. It is over 10 months of waiting for the payment.

What is keeping you for "normally returning it"??

Do you normally quibble about shipping costs with every faulty component?? Are you expecting the supplier to send you a check for shipping costs before you return their product?? Are you expected to ship the product to Japan???

Are you refusing to credit SI for shipping costs of an alleged faulty product? Or is it part of your TOS that customers return faulty products to you?

The product weighs like 500lbs and requires a custom wood crate built and etc... this is not a small item.

Im discussing it with him, I think we might have discovered a compromise.

Understand Chris! Yea... that can make a difference and worth a compromise.

Its alot of fun. It isnt hardcore like the 360, but still fun. My kid really likes it, I like checking the local weather and news on it.
