I was hoping to keep this in private, since we started talking after the mess on this board. However, I have had no email from you since January 12th, and no ICQ since the 20th. I guess this board is the only way to get your attention.

I need my CCBill account. If you need any more info, please let me know. Agreeing on what you owe me won't be easy, but you have already said you will give me my account back.

You changed my hosting password. This means I can't update my sites on your server. I have a new host, but until I have my CCBill account, I can't move them over. This means I am not getting the money from new signups, but also that they are dropping-off, since I can't update the sites at all.

If you are having a problem transferring it, you could at least get in touch with me.

(SykkBoy, if you read this, can you at least give me a clue what might be going on?)

Truthfully, I think I've only read Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep ... And possibly some short stories.

Of the more contemporary authors, Stehpenson is by far the best. Though Zodiac was a little weak (I think it was his first novel), everything since has been awesome. I haven't finished Cryptonomicon yet.

Neuromancer from the Sprawl series only contained some of the same ideas as Gibson's short stories, however is a different story all together.

I know. On the other hand, the story of Neuromancer is complicated enough that if they made a movie out of it, it would feel very similar to the movie they already made. Still, I would like to see it, just doubt it is possible.

I'd also like to see any of Stephenson's books done as a movie, except maybe Zodiak, which I haven't read.

As for the movies... All sorts of things get options. Only a tiny fraction ever get made. Almost all of my favourite books have been options. Hardly any have been released.

There aren't many more beans to be spilled. They haven't communicated well since the beginning, and they are twisting a contract that everyone has seen, claiming they don't have to pay me.

Maybe you don't see it as you getting screwed, but I do. I don't update my sites much over the holidays. Now, I can't. That means, except for one update a couple of weeks ago, the sites aren't getting updated. This is meaning cancellations, and reduced sales... It means weak conversions, which get passed on to you guys.

So now, besides me, DarkDollars is also screwing my 150 or so affiliates. Most of you, I imagine, also have accounts with them.

Still, it is (in theory) the same niche. I am sure a lot of my affiliates have accounts with them either due to the merger, or beforehand. This means they are harming the business of people they work with. Just one thing among many, but I imagine more people care about that, than care about someone owing an annoying board regular like myself a measely $3k.

reading Man in the high castle off and on. I keep wondering which novel is going to be adapted for the next film. This one would be hard, although it would be a minor revolution to see a SCI-FI flick where people are smoking a commercial brand of machine rolled marijuana cigerattes sporting a cheesy name. Maybe put a Joe Camel or Marlboro man satirical image on the carton.

Yeah, I would think that three kilobucks comes a lot easier to them than it does for me. Their goth program alone is way bigger than mine, and they each do other things.

The impression I got is that, at least as far as SykkBoy is concerned, this is Cyberpunk's debt, and his business. They are partners in DD, but only Cyberpunk signed the contract, in the name of an LLC that SykkBoy isn't a part of. As such, he doesn't see it as his problem.

Now, SykkBoy has always been the good cop, and for the most part, it has worked. I am a lot less pissed at him. Still, it seems odd how he treats his place in the DarkDollars partnership. I guess he gets to decide his own business ethics.

Then again, maybe even he believes the story that the contract was never started, so they owe me nothing. Who knows. Certainly not me, since they haven't been communicating.

The reason the DNS still points at your sites is that until I control the CCBill account, I can't have the password/signup system switched to the new server. So, I have been sitting here for a week waiting for you to send in that simple fax, so I can get back in business. Trust me, I'd rather not be on your bandwidth.

Yep, the contract stated that if the contract was abrogated, the site reverts to Ian.

Since part of the contract was signing the site over to DD in exchange for various benefits, and since the contract, according to Cyberpunk "never started" - that means that it is null and void, so Cyberpunk owes you your site back, and whatever revenue he pulled out of it, and you owe him for hosting, visa fee, whatever.

But really, that whole never started stuff is total fucking bullshit, and they know it. He never started maintaining his sites? When did he fucking stop, asshole?

As we both know, I have given the amount you paid and owed before on this board. I hardly think you can claim I am trying to deceive anyone.

Also, the token was indeed nearly all the sites had taken in in that time period. However, you signed a contract that said I would be paid based on a percentage plus a base, and at that time, the contract said you owed me over $1300. Also, let's no forget how much you have paid me in the two months since.

I don't expect you to hold me hand, or walk me through the transfer. However, since you didn't contact me at all since the 20th, and I had no idea what you were doing-- including whether you had sent anything to CCBill-- what exactly was I supposed to do?
