Just wondered of anyone had any recommendations for a optin mail list script?

I wish to use one to update members of some of my websites re updates etc

I used phpnewsletter, but the damn thing sends out multiple emails every damn time.

Looking for one that is FREE, and easily integrate into my webpages each admin etc

Good admind back end and pretty fast.
