Comission Junction question

I have recently started pushing a couple affiliate programs through CJ, and have noticed that my earnings are disappearing slowly all on their own ...

a few months ago there was $15.00 removed from my earnings with no explanation whatsoever, and today I log in and see that a few dollars has gone from my earnings again in the past month ...

I'm not earning alot from them right now, so it is very discouraging to see them taking some kind of fees from me ....

I have sent email to their support, and tried to contact by phone also, with no luck whatsoever, so I was wondering if somebody from GFY who promotes CJ sponsors could tell me, do the charge some kind of account fees to have an account with them?

I am very discouraged by this ...

if your account doesn't produce anything within a 3 month period they charge a 10 dollars fee and deactivate the account

Hmmmmm ... my account is ACTIVE .... I just made 2 sales this month already and they are listed in my stats ...

I have not made my payout yet, but my account balance is $15 less than my comission summary

No explanations, no reversals, just a $15.00 discreprancy

I thought CJ was one of the bigger mainstream programs, yet they ignore my emails and dont return phone calls ... not very professional IMHO

Are they showing in the transaction records as a refunded sale or returned sale or are they literally disappearing?

this is the problem ... it is not showing me any refunded, returned, stolen ... nothing?!?

it says my total commission summary is one number, but my account balance is exactly $15 less
