I don't think it's possible with shared hostings. You can also use a VPS, which is like a light version of a dedicated. It can do everything a dedicated can, but it is a lighter, cheaper version.

Yes, it is possible. It is basically " shared DNS " : your ns.yourdomain.com points to a " shared" ip for name servers. It is also known as " private name servers " .

I can offer all that, except PHP5 which I do not support on shared hosting.

BUT.... I just setup a client with PHP 5 , and he has space for a few accounts. Server is in my cage in the Montreal Data Center. This will have to be setup manually.
