Seriously though, thanks for the sentiment but I must say that there are quite a few of my fellow Canadians here that I would say are quite "logical and level-headed" as well.

The list is long but a few names that instantly come to mind are: Shemp, Elli, LadyM, Jact when he's not moody, Rick Holio is well-spoken, hell even Metaboy throws out a few gems now and again. Many others.

No, I'm of the opinion that the % of outright idiots in both of our respective countries is about the same or close to it, which is unfortunate for yours due to it's much much larger population. I'd hazard a good guess that if there were oh, say a 30% idiocy rate (very conservative, likely) that puts about 10 millions Canadians in that group, whereas we're talking over 90 million in the US.
