epassporte problem???

I inserted my epass card into atm this morning. But there was written I do not have enough money on my account which was not truth.
I left the machine with money i got from another card.
Now I see that on my epassporte account is written transaction from this mornig which never happened and i now miss 400 bucks.
Where is the problem??? Has it happened o anybody else???
