CCBill has more complaints than that on Ripoff report and I can guarantee that 95% of the complaints are because they didn't pay attention and got pissed that someone didn't come up behind them to clean up after them. There is nothing to explain. You are talking about a company who has been in this business longer than any other main cam operation and 300 complaints is nothing in comparison to the volume of business done over more than a decade.

It's not simply a trial that recurs, it's a pre-checked upsell. When I did a test signup my card was charged $1, then $7.95 which I found out later is for VIP access. As it was a test signup I was looking over everything before I submitted - obviously I didn't look hard enough!
