EU IPSPs - Please step in

i'm canadian and I want to open an account for my new paysite. i tried contacting a few reps and all of them told me that the director of my newly incorporated EU company had to be a EU national and had to provide a EU id card.

well, in my case this isn't gonna work. a friend told me that segpay doesn't have such requirements and i would like them to confirm here if they can.

but i'd really like to process with ccbill EU or paycom EU, are there any alternatives to this EU national id card thing?

You'll need to setup a company in the EU with an EU director
Cyprus, Gibraltor or UK... whatever

It is pretty simple to start a LTD in the UK, or start an 'office' in Gibraltar etc...You have todo it like this, and then open the account on the business name you started in the EU

i already have the EU company setup. but they say that i need to have a EU director as well.

im not so comfortable asking the incorporator for a nominee director service because i want to process credit card for adult sites. i was hoping someone here would either have a workaround this or could provide some reference to a service company that can provide EU nominee directors that are comfortable with adult.
