Hey Kate, your going to have a VERY hard time getting webmasters to promote you for 25%, since the industry standard minimum is 50% and most are doing 60-70% so you might want to rethink that...

For the people saying that she should increase the revshare percentage - remember the surfer is buying MINUTES, so there's a good chance of multiple repeat sales within a short space of time. It's not a monthly membership.

BTW, I would consider using a non ambiguous date format. USA surfers are going to be confused by this: "Last update 23.6.07"

Which would you rather?

50% of a $19.95 fee, same surfer cannot be rebilled until 30 days later

or

25% of a $15 sale that gets the guy 10 minutes, so he'll probably want to buy more time. If not immediately, then perhaps tomorrow or in a couple of days. If he really likes the girl then he might just buy a $100 membership after a few sessions.

Pay per min webcams make an absolute shitload compared to a monthly rebill.
