    Bounced Check

    I recieved a check from a sponsor and deposited it into my account and it was returned to me and it said "Refer To Maker" any ideas what that means?

          It wasnt even that big of an amount. $52.44 but i got charged $10 by my bank also =(

          Its a check from some old rebills.

          I emailed them but still waiting for a reply.
