But that's exactly when our problems appeared. So it's either that or a large coincidence.

I've gotten in touch with our hosting people to reboot us back into the old kernel until we can figure it out, so I guess we'll know soon enough if that was the problem or not....

Is it just the admin thats not functioning right now due to the license or is the whole system down due to this?

well, the whole system wasn't working

because all the /ttrack/ links were broken. i was able to fix that temporarily with an http redirect, so then the members could access. but the admin area was still down and, perhaps more importantly, the sign-up form.

right now, the whole system is offline for a few minutes while we revert to the old kernel.

yes, we are back up on the old kernel but will go offline again for 10 mins in during the next hour for the re-upgrade and the new nats license key. see the other post for details. Thanks for the heads up!
