Anyone else having a problem with google? Adwords

My CTR for one of my sites has been steady at 4% allof asudden it jumps to 20% my account just got whacked for $4000 ALL SHIT TRAFFIC, the sales arent justifying the ad dollars spent!
It seems like someone used their spyware network to generate clicks on high priced keywords and is making a mint as a google affiliate,
ANYONE CAN HELP? How can I prove this?
How can I protect myself with google?
I have not touched my campaign in two years it has been steady costing me same amount and converting same amount for two years any help would be appreciated!

They are investigating it but ive dealt with them before they are horrible with customer appreciation I spend over 100k a year on ads with them and they know they have a monopoly and basically they keep business going for many sites, its take the hit and swim or sink!

my dailt budget is set to thousands cause when the traffic is good I want the max traffc possible i dont want my ads slowed down so no it was never a problem before!

I have spent over that too and they sure don't take care of their customers, it is pretty sad. I know I had click fraud but ofcoarse they said they didn't find any, such bs.

next time also use daily or monthly budget
