does the threshold apply to all websites with which you signed up or it is a limit per sponsor ?

for example: 10 programs: $49.9

means no check or a single check of $499 ?

Hello, the threshold applies to the your payout(s), therefore if you receive one check or payout then the threshold applies to all of your accounts. Hope that makes sense.
