I'm beyond pissed right now. I took a whole day off work and came home early to shoot this girl. She even called me mid day to confirm. Theres allot of other shit i would rather be doing right now other than sitting at home on my ass waiting for this bitch!

She was supposed to be here at 3pm and i called her at 4pm and her phones off. I wish i had the power to ban her from ever working as a model anywhere again. There should be a do not hire list where photographers post the names and info on models who waste there time and flake.

In my experience this gets a lot better once you start dealing with more professional girls. I can't remember the last time we had a no show, but it must've been a couple of months at least.

However... I've been shooting for years now, and no matter what you do it will not end. You can do some things to increase, or decrease your odds, but that's about it.

We've tried it all, and while some will dramatically help cut down the flakes, you will still get them on occasion.

I mean.. where in the course of their lives do these girls learn that it's ok to screw people over that are paying them (probably more than any other job than they've ever had)??? We shoot girls for our sites and then if they want more work, I hook them up (as an agent myself).. the first thing I do is explain to them that it is fucked up to cancel shoots, not only is she screwing herself over, she is screwing over her agent and most importantly the production company who plans their entire day just for her! These girls can literally drive you crazy... someone should start a "black list flaky bitches" website!!!

To all producers and directors... This new little slut comes to us from the east coast. Two days ago she agreed to shoot today for a large sum of money for her LA B/G debut (not her first scene but close). This morning she sends me a text msg and asks if we can not shoot the b/g and only do solo. I agree and went to pick her up at the apartment she is staying at here in the Valley.
