Question about rss feeds

A lot of sites have rss feeds,but they have only small text and link to full article/story/gallery/whatever.I think it will be better to simply copy entire article as post in blog.Is that allowed?

If they only supply you with a few lines from the articles in their RSS feed, then that is all you are allowed to use. If you want to use more of their articles, you will have to contact them and get permission.

not sure what you mean, do you mean import their whole feed as one post on your blog?

Ah yes indeed.That is total shit.I mean what is sense of rss feed if you only see"new article realesed"and there is not even link to article(you can come to article if you click to post creator,but how the fuck surfer will know for that)
Well i guess i will have to contact site owners and ask for permission.
