Looking for a programmer for www.piratealert.com

Will need to have as simple reporting and management tool programmed form scratch. Development will take place on your server, and I wont pay you anything before script is working as agreed upon form the beginning.

Agreement will be in writing

Overview:
User interface:
- a webform for reporting pirate sites

Admin interface
- Basic database where we can add url, notes, dates
- search function where i can search the database for older reported data

Surfer Interface
- listing the cases in a sorted list

Im not paying programmers anything before its working as agreed upon. Doing that because we have been fucked over to may times by designers and programmers.

This is how we work and that is why the development takes place on THEIR server, so they have everything untill we pay. That way noone get cheated. We are upfront about it, so if they dont like it they dont waste their time applying for the job.

There is no budget, im paying out of my own pocket on this project. But less than 5k ofcourse :-D
