Need A Device

Ok I need to play back a voice file on my computer to someone on the phone, is there any device I can buy to plus into my computer and phone that will do that.

The radio shack record control does not work.

Anyone know anything

Look for a music on hold device and then just jack the computer in instead of tape/cd/loop player.
