I'm surprised people use ibill. I'm starting to wonder if they are retarded or not.

I wonder if we will get payed for all the 1-900 they ripped us off, before they start 1-900 recurring. That sounds like a nightmare in itself.

Doesn't surprise me in the least, both that they're spamming their shit and that they don't have their facts straight.

Amazing how iBill knows what's going on on other people's sites, but if you call and ask a question about your site that is currently using them, no one knows anything.

              Ibill sucks BIGTIME!!
I would not even send my worse enemy to them.

It's great to see they even have to spam to get there shit together.

If they were smart the gave there current clients a bit of attention instead of spamming for new ones.

personally I think that was smart marketing, it sounded like he looked at your site and made you a personal email offering you a service. That kind of spam I don't mind, automated spam needs to be banend.
This dog, is dog, a dog, good dog, way dog, to dog, keep dog, an dog, idiot dog, busy dog, for dog, 20 dog, seconds dog!

Now read without the word dog.

I may not be happy with PSW right now, but I'd need fuckin' rocks in my head to go to ibill.

                          Hi Rowan,

                          How is everything going?

My name is Jakub Krawczyk and I work for iBill - Internet Billing Company Ltd. I noticed that you are currently billing with PSW BILLING.

From what I would gather, I'd imagine that you have a significant amount of traffic that comes from international endusers. iBill has a few products designed to grab that international traffic and increase your revenues. Such products include an international dialer, canadian checks and international pay pages. We just introduced recurring telephone billing and revolutionary reporting tool called NexGen.

Not only do the pay pages come up in the native language of the enduser, the approval page and the email receipt that goes out is in the native language. Not only that, we provide a toll free number to international endusers for iBill's 24/7 customer service in 15 languages.

If you are interested in learning more about iBill and our services, simply reply to my email with any questions you may have, and I will be more than happy to assist you in joining the iBill family. <https://www.ibill.com/signup/signup.cfm?rep=170>

Call me today to sign-up. There are no up-front fees or monthly maintenance fees and we can have you up-and-running in just a few days. I promise this won't be a waist of your time.

                          Sincerely,

                          Jakub Krawczyk

They even said in their last financial report that they were hurting. This is obviously a new sales tactic to drum up biz to try and right the sinking ship.

Bail out while you can guys, it's only a matter of time before you get their dick in your ass!

                            Cheers,

I have been getting loads of Ibill email like this. First it was when I had probilling as my primary and they went offline for 24 hrs, then it was when probilling went tits up with their visa scrubbing. Then it was when PSW lost their international visa. (I am very lucky with my billing companies -- NOT!!!). Now I am just a regular on their list. I actually think some of their emails are hilarious, like this quote from one of them:

"I am sorry, but I really do not see why you would not want iBill as your billing processor, or at least have us as your secondary processor in case your customers would like to get in to the site in a manner your current processor does not allow."

Well done, Ibill, you have perfect timing, persistence and have probably been getting loads of business because of it. Now if only I could get a prime list of spam mail addresses like you guys have!!!

                                  Cheers!

                                  Luke
