I apologize for asking all these questions, but am curious about freelancing and those looking for freelancers:

1. What's the project / scope / pay?
2. Why not throw out #1, or is getting a bunch of random ICQ / AIM / whatever popups easier?
3. Are you a coder of some sort? -- Just curious, because sometimes people who don't code think a project is easy, sometimes, when it's really not.

Basically, I'm not bidding, but bumping and hopefully getting some insight into the world of contractors and those looking for contract labor.

I realize English might not be your primary language - and no harm no foul, ya know...
