I hate to admin this, but I used to use them for a site.
They tanked about five months ago, owing a lot of webmasters money. They just suddenly stopped accpeting signups or re-bills. I'm sure some members of this board were also burned.
At the time we got a form letter saying that after six months, any money still owed after deductions for chargebacks, credits, etc, would be paid out (acutally, it was something like six to nine months). I don't actually expect to see anything from them, but I am wondering if anyone has done any research into them.
At the very least, perhaps some of us should be contacting their bank, let them know where we are.
Just a thought. Anybody have any ideas about that?
