YO! is there a way to add content from the site directly? or do I always have to log into my C-pannel I use EasyRSS

There is a way. It's called "feedwordpress + cron". Google will help you ;)

Lots of tools out there to accomplish this, it just depends on what you want to DO with the RSS once you've pulled it.
