Here's what happened:

"Countdown" is an long running UK daytime TV Quiz show.
Contestants randomly select vowels and consonants in order to try and make as many words as possible (usually 10+) within half a minute.

On this fateful day the contestants were priests(!) whose combination of letters just so happened to spell CUNTFLAPS

They were so distracted by this that they were unable to create many other words!

It was never broadcast.

The chances of CUNTFLAPS being randomly selected in this way are 17,774,322 to 1.

The host of the quizshow is now dead.
