Do you feel safe when receiving payment via epassporte?

Meaning, if someone sends you money, is there a low or high risk of fraud?

If someone sent me money, should concider it a paid debt, or should I withdrawl before I feel that I have actualy receive the money?

Like if you got the money do you feel safe knowing that you will be able to withdrawl it without it being bounced back due to fraud or something

I feel very safe with knowing that I can withdraw my money at any time in a ATM, it has never happened for me that any payment has bounced yet.
