what do you think the domain hadnt.com is worth?

I had a offer via sedo that I'm not going to take because it's not enough, but I'm having a hard time deciding what it's worth. Normally I always have a plan for any domains I buy. However I hadnt.com got a clue as to what it's worth.

"What if communism hadn't fallen?"

"What if zango hadn't gone into business?"
