I want to get my own proxy server(s) and a bunch of proxy IPs.
I need someone who knows how to set this up....

Didn't you read my post? I'm not gonig to hold your hand. Use google.
If that fails, setup a copy of squid. It can bind to multiple IPs, but it'll probably hurt your head to set it up.

So you've got answers, all you need to do is execute them.
