Not sure when they changed their billing from epoch to ibill... but somethings happening... ratios are sucking hardcore now.

Anyone else experiencing anything similar?

I have noticed my conversions slipping quite low recently as well. When did the change happen exactly? I'd like to review my conversions since the change to see what kind of effect has happened.

Wow, people are actually changing from Epoch to Ibill? That's suprising, Epoch rocks and is getting stronger all the time. I don't use ibill besides a couple affiliate accounts, but all I see here are bad things about them. Of coarse CEN has a hell of a lot more members than me so they probably know something I don't.

I think the change happened midday friday sometime (PST)... thats when I noticed everything slipping.

Tell me about it, my usual signups with them are down about 60% than usual. I'm sure someone there will see the downward trend and fix up their back end processing.
