no, my first server i bought had 40 gigs transfer a month, cost me over $1000/month

Just want to point out that the above its true if you are using 25mbits steady. At full utilization having your 95th be at 25Mbits or there about will get you about 8000GB. Generally speaking traffic patterns are not that steady so the majority of people never actually get 8000GB out of 25mbits.
