Microsoft 'Agent' ???

Back in the days of windows 98, I used to have a program installed on my pc, that read my emails and stuff to me...
it was DEAD EASY...
All I had to do was to copy some text onto the clipboard, and instantly the microsoft character, 'mr wizard' would pop up and start reading the text back to me...

Now, its ten years later, I have vista... Does the same thing still exist ?

I know theres some kinda text to speach in the vista controlpanel...

But I really just want it as simple as before...
IE copy text to clipboard. Its starts reading it...

Can Anyone post a link ?

Thanks mate... Ive played about, but its still a bit more conveluted that Iwould like.. You have to ensure that the narrator is turned on, and if i choose say this page, it wants to read not only the text, but all the options and the url and all the backgroud stuff...

what i really want it to do, is just to read ANY text i save to the clipboard automattically...

Anyother ideas anyone ?
