Embedding Fast Loading Flash Videos

I still can't seem to convert my embedded (2MB) WMV files to flash and embed them with a result in them loading faster then as WMV files did... infact they load slower

So... anyone know how to make an embedded flash file load really quick? Or even start playing and then it loads while it plays (like youtube vids) only without the control bar?

use adobe flash cs3 encoder

What encoder are you using? The ffmpeg method makes shit Flvs.

We use th On2 and this is what we get:

The quality is great and the file sizes are small.

use this online tool . upload your video to your own servewr then enter the url it will convert it to flv as well as both static and animated screenshot
