no.. i already set apache and ftp and qmail, but i dnot know how can i manage the 5 users

Don't bother - within a few days it will all be gone anyway - taken over by hackers with root access.

Unlesss you are a skilled Linux sysadmin, comfortable with remote kernel upgrades, weekly patches, and the like, hire one. Otherwise you might just as well publish your root password here.
