Does weather affect your work cycle?

Do you work more/harder when its sunny and nice out? Do you work less when its sunny and nice out? How about when it's cloudy or rainy?

For me, I always get more work done with it's nice out, and when its cloudy or raining I just want to sit around and watch tv or movies.

    How about you?

I'm just the opposite. When it is ugly outside I get more work done. When it is nice outside then I tend to slack off. I should move because it is hardly ugly around here!

Yeah that seems what most people do, when it's cloudy and not nice they say they work a lot more, but for me it's just the opposite, I never feel like working when its gloomy outside.

If it's nice out, I start to wonder what I can do outside.

Winter I prefer to work more

I love rainy days, I work so much better. When its sunny I often go out into the garden and tan.

Yes, when it's really nice out I try and stay out as much as possible.

Actually yes it does mentally.. Where I live it is SO rarely sunny, and the "summer" we just call "July". So yes, when it's a nice breezy sunny day when it's comfortable to NOT have to wear socks, long pants and long sleeves.. I would prefer to just not sit here in my chair all day.

The problem is that it's damn near impossible to predict unless there is a HUGE high pressure system over the great lakes. So it's very hard to plan for a day off ahead of time for me. And planning a week off and knowing what the weather will bring more than 2 days in advance? Impossible.

Sun makes me go out and fly with my paraglider, so I work more when it is cloudy. But if it is rainy I am ussually sleepy.
