        I think ThumbsPlus (as mentioned above) is the quick & easy winner. And it does a lot more than just resize, too. You can do basic color fixes, rotations, croppings, stamping, and even watermarking. It's a must-have program for most webmasters and content producers. I rarely have to resort to PhotoShop because of ThumbsPlus.
        SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

                        between jpegOptimizer and Thumbsplus you have all the bases covered, I used to use them all the time.

                        Thumbsplus is a god-like prog. Photoshop, Homesite and Thumbsplus is every tool you'll ever need in this biz...
