Straight up or mix in some fruit and ice.

In just one shake you've got all the vitamins you'll need for the day.
Herbal Life is not just for ppl tryign to lose weight. There are three diffrent programs all from the one shake.

-maintenance (1 shake a day (better in the morning) with your normal meals)

-weight lose (replace breakfast and lunch with a shake and have a sensible dinner)

-weight gain (three shakes with all of your meals)

You can just use the meal replacement shakes but it works better when you're on the whole program.
Ooops, when I said yukky shake I meant Slim Fast, I've never tried Herbal Life products

I am curious as to why you need to get your vitamins from Herbal Life as opposed to any other form and is it safe for your young children, most that are designed for adults can be very dangerous for anyone under the age of 12.

Thats a bit extreme, supplement those things with vitamin pills....

This thread makes me feel guilty.

After eating 3 meals yesterday for some reason I was still hungry at 10pm. I went out and got a large Red Baron supreme pizza, a 6 pack, and a supersize kitkat at the grocery store. Mowed through the lot of it in a couple of hours.

3000 calorie late night snack. mmmmmmmmmmm.

We don't give them the vitamins,we give them the meal replacement with breakfast. Sometimes they choose not to eat what we give them or their sick etc... Herbal Life provides them with the proper vitamins they need to grow healthy. We use it as a supplement because sometimes they don't eat properly. If you have children you know what I'm talking about.

          Herbal Life is ALL NATURAL.

"I am curious as to why you need to get your vitamins from Herbal Life as opposed to any other form".

Well in todays society it's VERY hard to get the proper nutrition that we need to be healthy. As I said above children can be very picky about what they eat. Or when their sick they don't eat. So they're losing the vitamins that they should be getting. The shakes provide them with all that they need. My 3 yr. old son is using brazilian tea (all natural) to help control hyper activity (A.D.H.D). I feel that it's a better choice to have him on an all natural tea then ritalin. Ritalin (from what I've seen and been told) makes you act like a zombie. It's an easy and not so safe way for parents to handle their child.

This "all natural" shit always cracks me up.

Deathcap mushrooms are all natural, so is hemlock. Humans are part of nature too, so whatever we produce is "all natural" by definition, right? Oy..

Ever think that maybe these supplement companies have a vested financial interest in convincing you that kids can't get the nutrition they need without gobbling down whatever horseshit supplement they are selling?

It should be blatantly obvious to anyone who can use a calculator and is willing to look at a few charts and labels that nutrition in todays society is easy to come by when you make an even halfheated attempt to vary your diet and eat decently.

Did you even read my post?
KIDS DON'T ALWAYS EAT WHAT YOU GIVE THEM ETC...
The problem isn't so much with my two younger kids, it's my oldest one. He only eats pb and stuff like that. Trying to get him to eat anything else is a screaming match. It's not always as easy as you seem to think it is when kids are involved.

Aaah, thanks for the explanation! As for getting kids to eat well, my son is almost 5, at 8 weeks old he had to have a large portion of his intestine and bowel removed which has resulted in him having a very small appetite (he eats as much as the average 2 year old), the doctors were worried that he might not grow properly but he's the tallest in his year at school and I make sure he gets his full quota of vitamins from his diet. He also has ADHD
