I have something in the hopper and am seeking bids on having the webmaster affiliate program designed. I would like a flash header to be included that is eye-catching but quick loading.

My preference is for those designers who are not outsourced, but considerations shall be made to those with the caliber of work to warrant it with these requirements.
While this is a webmaster affiliate program, it's unlike anything anyone has ever done and until the official launch of the program, we don't want the details of the program released. To help in that matter, you must be willing to sign a non-disclosure at the time I/We sign your design contract.
I don't have signatures turned on for the board so to be immediately disqualified for "an inability to read your clients requests and failure to follow directions" - reply to this post with a "see sig" as a link to your portfolio.

- Designer must have set working hours and be available via IM during those hours. If I stay up until 3 A.M. to speak with the designer - they damned well better be at work during those hours!
