hello everyone. i am building some new sites and i want to ask, is legal if i will use some girl into design and link it as a banner? i mean, if i have one/two cuties in header, i know i am using someones other work so thats not ok, but if i will link the chicks as a banner so everyone can clickthrough and will be redirected to the site, through my aff code, is that ok or not? let me know please, im new and i dont want to step to someones smile ... thanks in advance and wish you luck with your sites everyone!

Really depends on what terms the content was granted TeenCat. Some sponsors will prob not mind - even encourage, others may not. It's prob worth asking the sponsor re this.

Other side factor... if in the US, you have 2257's for the content?

Ask the sponsor from whom you got the pics in the first place. In some cases they won't mind.

thank you both, i do not have 2257 so i will leave that on sponsors, asking is really the best way, im amazed i havent found that by myself thank you guys for replies and wish you luck with your sites, my question is answered!
