I use to be visiting this building last year for one day with a guide, and I must say that the first pictures don’t show the prison itself. In that building (with tree short “towers”) there are two diferent courts of justice (for the region and municipality),and the offices of the district attorney. The building behid thid one is a jail. Two buldings are connected with a bridge. They have a problem with a air condition - there is none. On the picture nr. 4 you can see the wooden plates on the front - they supposed to regulate the air circulation so that air condition should be obsolete - but it doesn`t work! The prison itself is intended for the inmates in last 2 two years of inprisonment, and have a large house outside of the prison walls, so the inprisoned (in their last 1/2 year) can go to job each day (outside of the prison), and renew their social life. The assumption is that the people with workin social background will not tend to become deliquent again.

Well let's face it we've been housing our criminals like animals for over 100 years. Is crime getting less common? Is anyone shocked when someone that has spent any time in an American prision eventualy gets caught commiting more crimes?
