Epass Load Fee Question

so i need to send somebody $100 - i loaded $105 dollars via a VISA card - so i should be left with $100 after Epass takes the $5.00 load fee - BUT they are only giving me $95. what's up with that?

Its $5 per $100

So if you load $50 the fee is $5 you end up with $45
Load $100 (100-5)=95
Load $105 (105-10)=95
Load $200 (200-10)=190

So when you load $105 the fee was $10

Cause by loading 105.00 you went over the 5.00 fee for each 100.00 loaded. So you got charged 10.00. Has happened to me before and sucks some serious dick, yet is a main issue with a flat fee per increment load fee.

Yeah...I had that same issue the other day. What sucked is that I wasn't able to add more cash to the account for 24 hours. It wouldn't take my Visa again.
