2257 Solution - One Stop FIX

Hire someone who knows their shit , pay them a grip a year to run your gig from offshore and move all your shit to panama. Incorporation, the whole shebang! Fuck this BULLSHIT!!!! then have them invest the profits back into your information consultant services, and wallllla!

Not to mention the tax relief. Gees this government sure does know how to shoot itself in the foot.

"hey gonzalez, lets piss off all the biggest adult companies so they leave and take all that tax money. it won't reduce the amount of porn on the net, but it sure looks like we're working so those religious dorks keep padding our campaign funds."

"you got it georgie, wow these people are sheeps. yo, pass me the jaegermeister yo, and whats takin you so long ordering up them hookers from the yellow pages?"

I don't think there's enough money in the world, or a whore slutty enough, to have sex with Karl Rove.

That'd be worse than even teh beastialities.......

your very right its a good idea if you can find trusty worthy people. Give them 5 percent of sales, it would be just another expense.

unfortunately there aren't many industry people that can run a program that are free for the taking.

The goverment are quite happy with leaving 2257 a bit vague, gives them wiggle room to try and pull up any site that is gettin close to crossing the line.

the biggest factor for us has been the acquisition of a full-time in-house 2257 custodian who certifies all content prior to insertion.

Up until i worked in adult....the government gave me my tax money back, because i wasnt worth a shit. The past few years Ive given a shitload of cash to the IRS. Always paid my taxes in full. Never cheated.

Now... Im moving me and my business overseas, along with all the future revenue.

                  Hey,
If you are concerned about all of that...

                  We have a solution.

I own Suavemente S.A. de C.V. in Mexico.
It is a datacenter if the highest class connected directly to Suavemente, INC. USA bandwidth, another company I own.

We have mexican IPS in MEXICO and we have the best tech support you can find in another country! :-)

Now on top of that.... We have an in house legal team that will (for a fee of course) help you setup your business in Mexico, Get a bank and merchant account there, get your FM3 papers and file everything with Hacienda so that you may move there if you wish. Im assuming you would want to move there but there is no need to... yuo could live in the Bahamas or something.... just not the USA to be protected.

Our attorneys can do this for you and we can be your Mexican one stop shop for mental relaxation. :-)

Servers, Techs, Business Setup, Telephones, Faxes, etc... we have it all in one central place.

What are the official duties of a 'Custodian of Records'?

Does an employee, who's primary job it is to maintain / verify IDs and their cross indexing, risk prosecution / fines if they're not the owner of the company or content but merely an employee?

Yes, but not really... do some research on the Arellano Cartel..
They didnt hand them over to the USA for nothing. Fact is, too much
money is being made in TJ and idiots like Jorge Hanks are making soooooo
much illicit money that they dont like to rock the boat.

That is why our president bush sent military to the border to secure it...
because mexico government wasnt doing their job or cooperating.

                          Also,

If the business is IN mexico.... there is nothing they can hand over...
And it would not be in the tax payers interest for our government to
go dragging foreign corps for trial in the usa that they have nothing to
do with. The fact remains that its always a financial decision to the USA.
They see a large cost in crossing borders and sending agents to far places
for small issues. This issue would be a very small issue to them when they
are mostly concerned about drugs and other stuff in mexico.

He inspects the doc's, scans, cast lists, dates of production, maintains the secure encrypted offline database and communicates with the primary producers as needed- for starters. And, in my non-lawyer, non legal advice, opinion- the employee would not be personally at risk. It helps that XVN's custodian has principles and won't certify any content unless he has completed the required processes and certifications etc..
