yes you are right. A friend is waiting get a hosting account up and he told me that the company couldn't process his order that time due to a problem paysystems have. He sent me the link as http://paysystems.com and i said wtf, they dont even have a site working.....Comment

I've used them for about a year for a non-adult membership site, haven't many problems. I had two chargebacks once in the same month and they phoned quite a few of our customers to see if they were happy with the service they were paying for.
The account I have has $1 + 3.95% transaction fee. They also holdback 5% of your transactions for 90 days.
They've never missed a wire transfer, and pay weekly.Comment

I use them to pay for my hosting at Swiftwill and since the beginning of January they have not processed the charges after about three attempts. They are sendimg me CC declined messages but when I talk to AMEX, my account is in good standing and they have no record of any transaction. My Rep at Swiftwill says several people have the same problem.....
I used them all last year and never really had a problem so I don't know what is going on.... I talked to their customer service department and they acknowledged the problem but it is yet to be resolved.
