thanks, It is about private trading(only within your own network).
seems to me like the best way to go in this industry given all the problems.

Yes, that makes sense. I'd recommend re-routing the main sources through an inversion process. Be sure to proceed in a cautious manner.

Since traffic trading with external partners can be a zero sum proposition, then yeah you can do it, but you need multiple IPs or at the very least multiple C classes to get away with it from a SEO perspective. But a day is coming when Google may check and compare whois records per inbound link. Oh what a fun day that will be!
