Indigo...Dynamic is a class act and you know it. If you want to ask for a break on your bill ....just Call Jay or Chad and I'm sure they will take care of you. If not tell them RAM said too.

Wish you don't run on TGP with them though... you would be out of business. Lost a lot of cash with their downtimes in the last few months. We don't run TGP's but we can lose $200 per hour of downtime.

It appears the problem is a Williams router update gone bad. However, we are fully redundant, and any sites affected have been switched over to Level3 bandwidth.
