Cms Software Any Recomendations ?

Hey everyone, trying to start up a website for the first time, and im having trouble finding CMS software i know mansion productions and others are great from what i hear but i just dont have the funding for that so im looking for something a few notches lower with tech support on the side so if anyone knows of any good cms software i would glady appreciate the help..
