Relation between nose and immortality

I found out that:
"Our eyes are always the same size from birth, but our nose and ears never stop growing."


Meaning if one was immortal, and lived thousands of years until now, he would have abnourmous ears and nose.


Anyway... you can all tell a womans age by looking at her ears now.
