ABP tech support?

I've tried Chio, edgeprod and the ticket system - no luck.

I know they're great about stuff normally but I'm pretty much at a halt until i can get one very simple question answered....

Anyone know an alt way to contact them?

I always contacted edgeprod, the support is top notch, way better than anybody else online. I guess he can't be at his comp 24/7 though, why not ask on GFY since there are quite a lot of users?

Hey luv. Edgeprod is in Conn. on some personal business and is most likely not able to get online.

I am in the middle of a comcast buying timewarner screw up with my net so I am having a lot of problems getting online at all for at least another week

My internet is working atm (slow though) If you wouldn't mind a phone call I'll try hoping on icq to get your number and help you.
